Tomato and coriander chutney

Makes: enough for a small portion for 4 to 5 people
Serve with grilled meat or fish and lovely with spicy tuna fishcakes

Ingredients
around 20 small plum tomatoes finely diced
a handful of coriander, chopped
half a red onion finely diced
a piquillo pepper from a jar or if you prefer it spicy a couple of red chilli either fresh or from a jar, finely chopped
a little lime juice

Method
Simply stir all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Add either a little liquid from the pepper/chilli jar or a few drops of tabasco if you prefer it hotter. Then add a teaspoon of lime juice just to lift it. Spoon into small bowls and serve.
